The Challenge

Before partnering with JT Logistics, the client faced significant operational hurdles in managing their research plot seed warehousing and fulfillment. Their existing setup relied on two facilities, an underachieving layout and costly out-of-state contractors, resulting in higher labor usage and missed performance targets. The Results

They shipped over 158,000 bags, exceeding their target by more than 11,000, while using roughly 150% less labor than their previous setup across two facilities.
